The MIL project represents more than just an architectural development. It is a concrete response to the challenges of modern housing in Montreal. We created a space where engineering meets humans, where every square meter tells a story of community and resilience. Our approach has transformed structural constraints into opportunities for social interaction. The materials chosen — reinforced concrete — speak of durability and strength. Each element has been designed to promote the link between residents, creating an environment that goes beyond the simple function of housing. We listened, analyzed, and designed a space that meets the real needs of a dynamic and diverse community.
