Outremont House 2

The Maison Outremont II project is a great example of revaluing religious heritage. However, there are many challenges in completing such a project and the expertise of the entire team was put to use, including the seismic analysis of the massive masonry building, the temporary support of the chapel and the design of the new reinforced concrete building. The integration of all these elements required in-depth analyses and the development of joint details unique to this project. The close collaboration with the project architects made it possible to offer the promoter a project of superior quality within a suitable budget.
