A moment in time
Urban art at its best
“A Moment in Time” was imagined by the artist Linda Covit, to be set up in the outdoor space of the seniors' house in Saint-Amable. This sculpture made of aluminum plate with hydro-cut patterns in the metal was finished with high performance automotive paint, sealed with a transparent finish. This work was assembled on site and then anchored in a concrete foundation with chemical anchors. Beforehand, a finite element model had been assembled in order to ensure the rigidity of such a part, which was nearly 15 feet high.
